	John Stasig Moerk Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John is a chemical / process engineer by profession with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He has extensive experience from engineering projects in Southeast Asia and held senior technical and management positions for 14 years. John brings with him world-class skills in engineering applications, process engineering and project management, as well as leadership and management capabilities in such areas as staff motivation, mentoring and networking.
	Julius Sturm Chief Operating Officer Julius is an electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Technical University of Denmark. His considerable international business and management skills have been applied to a broad range of water, waste water, power, and IT projects in the areas of design, implementation and operation. As an accomplished and experienced manager Julius has been specifically chartered by past and present employers for subsidiary start-ups, business development, project delivery and contract management for large, complex operations. Julius has the proven ability to lead teams towards solutions which are practical, performance-oriented and provide long-term reliability.
	Jan D. Dressel Treasurer Jan graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Management. He has worked for Siemens for more than 20 years, where he served as vice president and chief information officer for Siemens in both North America and Asia Pacific regional offices. Prior to his assignment as CIO, he served in a diversified career and held several senior positions in operations management and finance in Canada and the US. Jan's high degree of business process knowledge and his understanding on how to fuel a company's growth are two qualities that add significant value to PacificTech Solutions.
	Eva Joy T. Lina Corporate Secretary Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Assumption College in Manila. As corporate secretary of PacificTech Solutions, Eva is responsible for corporate governance and overall coordination among PacificTech Solutions management, investors and other stakeholders. Having worked in the travel industry, Eva brings to PacificTech Solutions a wealth of experience in supervisory work, staff, and administration and customer relationship management.
	Jens Wiik Jensen Regional Director - North America Jens has a Masters Degree in Export Engineering from the Copenhagen College of Engineering in Denmark. He specializes in water and wastewater treatment, recycling and environmental engineering projects. His professional career was spent working for reputable international companies where he was involved in turnkey project development, sales, project management and consultation. Equipped with extensive knowledge and experience in these areas, he brings high quality, innovative and cost effective engineering capabilities and strategies to the North American market.
